The company
wedpalette is operated by Neige AI, Inc., a Delaware (USA) corporation, 2261 Market St STE 46015, San Francisco, CA 94114, United States. Contact: hello@wedpalette.com. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, United States.
The service
wedpalette is a paid web application. What it does and what it costs are described on the landing page and at checkout. It is provided as is: it aims to work well, but no warranty of fitness or uninterrupted availability is made.
Your board and its link
There is no account and no password. After you pay, you get a private link to your board, sent to the email you used at checkout. That link is your access: keep it to yourself, since anyone who has it can view the board. Use it for its intended purpose, not for shared or automated access.
Payment and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe; card details never touch this service's servers. The price is shown at checkout; taxes may apply depending on where you live. Purchases are one-time payments: pay once, keep what you bought. Not the board you wanted? Email us within 14 days for a full refund. If you buy from the European Union, that 14-day window is also how your right of withdrawal is honored: one email, full refund, no form to fill.
Acceptable use
Use the product for its intended purpose. No illegal content or activity, no attempts to break, probe, or overload the service, no reselling access, and no interfering with other users.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, total liability for any claim related to wedpalette is capped at the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim, and indirect damages (lost profits, lost data) are excluded. Nothing here limits liability the law does not allow limiting.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. Access that violates these terms can be revoked; if that happens within the refund window, the refund policy above still applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, United States. If you use the service as a consumer, this choice does not take away protections granted to you by the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
